Our Story

Optimal Health and Wellness was founded in 2018 and moved to Baraboo, WI in December 2020. We recently expanded to Shelby, NC.  Optimal Health and Wellness offers high quality, affordable health care and aesthetic/spa services. Our services range from functional medicine, wellness education, aesthetics, massage, to regenerative medicine.
